Tofu Pasta?

I love pasta. But I don't love the excess carbs that come along with it. For this pasta dish I tried a new product which was surprisingly satisfying!

The product is called Tofu Shirataki (low carb pasta) and is made from tofu and Konnyaku, a member of the yam family. The best part about this product are the nutrition facts:

-3 g of carbs per serving
-20 calories per 4 oz serving
-no cholesterol
-no sugar
-gluten-free
-dairy-free/vegan
-contains 10% calcium

You can pretty much use this product in place of semolina pasta in any dish of choice. I did a basic stir-fry with sautéed onion, garlic, tomato and baby corn. I was also surprised to see how quickly this pasta filled me up. :)
